Necessary Documents

Students who have completed their Intermediate level or +2 are eligible to apply in Japan and sponsor must be financially sound to support for the student`s during study in Japan. Students and sponsor must be prepared the following:

1. Latest Character Certificate and Academic Transcript (original copy)
2. Recommendation letter from present college.(for students present studying in Campus)
3. Japanese Language Certificate with 150 hours
4. 6 piece photographs "3cm x 4cm".
5. Photocopy of Citizenship
6. Work experience certificate (Optional)
7. Certificate of Relationship with the sponsor from V.D.C. or Municipality
8. Certificate of 3 years Annual Income from V.D.C. or Municipality
9. Certificate of Tax Clearance from V.D.C. or Municipality
10. Certificate of Occupation Certificate from V.D.C. or Municipality)
11. Certificate of Bank Balance with 3 years transactions.

Attention:

1. All the documents must be properly translated into Japanese language.
2. All the documents will be addressed to THE MISNISTRY OF JUSTICE or TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
3. Once the application and documents are sent to the regional immigration office, even if the applicant wishes to cancel his / her application, none of the documents will be returned except documents such as diplomas. If you wish to apply again, new documents must be prepared.
4. All the documents are valid only 3 months from the date of issue.
